Get Your Child Ready to Read!
Learning to read starts long before your child starts school, you are your child’s first teacher! Help your child prepare to learn and read by encouraging the following activities. These activities have been laid out by Every Child Ready to Read, a project from the American Library Association that provides skills and strategies for parents and caregivers to help get their child ready to read.
