Meeting & Study Rooms

King City, Nobleton and Schomberg each have a program room suitable for meetings and gatherings, with a legal occupancy of 50 people.  We provide tables, chairs and access to video display and audio equipment.  In addition, King City and Nobleton offer a sink and mini refrigerator.  Access to these rooms is subject to availability, with an approved Meeting Room Rental Agreement, and applicable rental fees paid at time of booking.

King City also offers three small study rooms and a Sound Booth, which are suitable for small groups or individuals.  Admittance to the study rooms requires an active library card, including e-cards, and must be booked with Library staff on the day of usage.  There is no fee to use the study rooms when reserved on a same-day basis.

Rental Fees

Renter must provide payment for all dates at time of an approved booking.

Rentals outside of KTPL operating hours are only available upon review and approval of the CEO and are subject to extra fees for staffing and/or guard service.
